Settling tanks are used for settling honey so as to filter out any remaining dirt with usually rise to the top. Honey is placed in the storage container after passing through a sieve. The honey is then
allowed to settle for a day or two. Settling of honey is crucial as it makes elimination of scum possible. After a day or two the scum raises to the top allowing it to scoped out. Scum is very minute
and cannot be filtered out using a sieve. It is however light and will settle on top of the honey after a few days.
 The 75l settling tank is made of stainless steel.
 It is strong and durable and easy to clean
 It comes with a double strainer for sieving honey and a plastic honey gate.
